Privacy Notice

1. Our online shop strictly follows the customers privacy regulations embedded in the commercial laws of Republic of Bulgaria. Information listed bellow will introduce you reasons why we need some of required personal or/and company data into "My account" section.

All customer's data entered in this section as your personal or company data will not be available for or distributed to third persons or companies and will only be used for compleation or checking of your orders!!!

2. Our online shop keeps an account for every client in which the client enters his personal data and access password. All other clients of our shop (or any other) have not got access to your personal data. Access password is personal and it is saved in cripted form, so we also does not have a way to access it.

We do not know your password! In case you forgot your password, the system will generate a new random one for you and this new password will be send to you! We recomend you to change this temporary password with a new one prefered by you. Keep in mind that short or simple passwords are not safe!

Nobody from our team will ask you for your password! If you recieve a mail or any other kind of message in which someone representing hisself as a part of our team asks you for your password please, assume this message as an criminal act and please inform us or the competent institutions!

3. In case of credit or debit card payments you will be redirected to the site of the company managing this kind of payments. For payments in Levs with a national debit cards Maestro or other you will be redirected to the site of ePay.bg which is authorized to process debit card payments on the territory of Republic of Bulgaria. For USD, EUR or payments in other currency you will be redirected to the site of Moneybookers.com, which is autorized to process international credit card or bank payments.

We do not collect information for your credit or debit cards simply because you do not enter their specific data or passwords on our site. We just generate an invoice and send this invoice to credit card operatior. You can confirm or reject this invoice, but these actions will be made on the site of card operator. We recieve only information if this invoice is confirmed or rejected! The companies autorized to make such kind of card payments have strict rules and requirements, and they do not depend of us. Instead ot that fact we recomend you to follow them preciesly! These rules are created to keep your privacy!

4. When we issuing an invoice, following the commercial regulations of Republic of Bulgaria, we need your personal civil number (EGN) if you act as a person or company registration number and BULSTAT number if you represent a company.

This data data will not be available for or distributed to third persons or companies and will only be used for compleation or checking of your orders! Please, enter correct data! We have a possibility to check the validity of this data! We will not tolerate indecorous persons! According to the laws of Republic of Bulgaria using of incorrect data in the fraud is assumed as a criminal action and it is restricted by the law!
